We are an award-winning Swansea-based charity, dedicated to supporting, empowering, and championing young people transitioning from care to independence, care experienced adults, children and young people in care and their carers. Roots is a warm, welcoming community that offers emotional and practical support to care-experienced children and young people of all ages and their carers.

Our modern, purpose-built centre is a safe space where those who are care experienced are listened to, encouraged and loved – for as long as they need us.

Through our activities, projects and services, we support young people to develop skills for life, progress confidently into adulthood, participate positively within society and ultimately, to achieve the things that matter to them.
