Every child and young person needs support, acceptance and love – roots – to grow positively and thrive in adulthood. For young care leavers, and children and young people in care – many of whom have experienced significant challenges – this support is even more crucial.
The Roots Foundation Wales provides essential services and activities to hundreds of care experienced children and young people in the Swansea area – and a community of love and support led by our team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
Our work is funded entirely by voluntary donations and grants. We rely on your kind donations so that we can continue to offer the best support to care experienced children and young people.
